By downloading, accessing, or using Waitly Border (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Waitly Border helps you estimate border wait times by measuring the time you spend waiting in line and showing estimates and trends. Wait times shown in the App are estimates and may differ from real conditions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Do not use the App while driving, operating a vehicle, or in any unsafe manner. You are responsible for following all traffic laws and directions from border authorities.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Border conditions can change quickly due to traffic, staffing, inspections, weather, or other factors outside our control.
You agree not to:
misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation;
attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its services;
use the App for unlawful purposes.
The App may display advertisements and use third-party services, including Google AdMob and (if enabled) Firebase Analytics, to support the App, measure performance, and improve functionality. These providers may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The App and its design, branding, and content are owned by the Provider or licensed to the Provider and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by law.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required for security, legal compliance, or if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App, including reliance on estimates, delays, route choices, or service interruptions.
Waitly Border provides a collection of official links to public camera feeds. All video content is property of the original government operators and is accessed via YouTube. This app does not host or store any media.
